From a small operation to a nationally recognised brand, the brothers have grown MCF into a fulfilment company that now employs over 100 staff, supports 40 clients across multiple industries, and operates from a facility with over 126,000 sq ft of warehouse space.

In 2024, MCF was invited to the House of Lords as one of just 40 businesses selected from thousands of logistics companies across the UK. It is the kind of milestone that reflects not just what Bernie and Wayne have achieved, but what the whole MCF team has built together.
