Can you give a brief description of your company?
“To delight our customers with freedom and autonomy. It is this wish that has moulded our vision to bring with Power X-Change, freedom into every home and garden.”
How did you first hear about our service?
We have a company selling our quality products in stores across the UK. I wanted a reliable fulfilment company to ship our goods via drop ship services via sales predominately on Very account.
MCF details were passed onto me as a recommendation as specialist in all areas of eCommerce fulfilment.
Which challenges necessitated change?
We felt let down by previous fulfilment company doing our drop ship as they constantly had back orders which were late going out & we needed to move to a company with better processes and efficiencies.
What trends in your industry drove the need to use our solutions?
We have an ever-growing market in the UK and this supply and demand needs to coincide with a slick fulfilment operation to ensure the goods are arriving on time to our customers.
What were you looking for in a solution?
We wanted a fulfilment service to be able to cope with the ever-increasing sales on our drop ship model. After my first conversation with MCF I knew instantly these would make it work. They have experience with this model and understand the importance of planning bulk orders to go out same day without any mistakes.
I’ve been immensely impressed with MCF since they took over our fulfilment requirements.
What made our solution stand out over others that you researched?
After my first conversation with MCF their passion for what they do made them stand out over and above anyone else I had contacted. When I attended their site, this was also evident with their team members. The standards within the warehouse were much higher compared to the other facilities I have been to over the years.
How did our team help implementation?
I attended the MCF site where I was shown around before I had a meeting with the business owners. They listened to the predicament we were in and what we want from switching fulfilment centres. Their knowledge and passion shone through, and I knew instantly MCF would be the perfect partner for Einhell.
What was the initial reaction to using our services?
I’ve been immensely impressed with MCF since they took over our fulfilment requirements.
Their efficiencies have allowed customers to receive their goods on time and without any fuss. I can now relax with the understanding our account is being taken care of to the highest standard.
How have our solutions helped since implementation?
Our main issue was the number of back orders building up over time this was causing customers to either cancel orders or to become very frustrated with late orders.
MCF have systems in place that have eradicated all these issues and orders are dispatched same day and orders landing with the customers the next day.
All round everyone is happy since we made the switch.

What impact have our solutions had on the growth of your business?
As orders are being dispatched the same day, we have seen a 15% reduction in cancellations. This was a real issue prior to switching over the MCF and the fact the orders are going out and arriving within the correct timescale has meant less customers have cancelled their order due to frustration of not receiving them in time.
Has this solution saved money and/or increased productivity?
MCF prices are extremely great value for money for the service provided.
We have had less orders cancelled due to their proactive approach as they strive for excellence on a daily basis.
Can you share any metrics/KPIs that show the success you have enjoyed with our service?
The main thing for us is our orders are going out on time so that customers don’t cancel their orders and we lose sales. This was happening regularly with our previous provider and something that has not happened since we are using MCF which I am delighted about.
What have you been most impressed with?
I enjoy working with MCF as they listen to your requirements and take action. Since switching over to them they have given me confidence that high volume of orders are going out the same day without the risk of customers cancelling their orders and then us losing sales.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for their customer services team.
What plans do you have to use our solution in the future?
We have been so delighted with MCF servicing our drop ship model that we are looking to move more stock in with them. We are looking at expanding the shopping channels we sell on and we want MCF to do the fulfilment for our new markets.
Is there anything else we should know?
If I need to discuss anything in relation to the account, all I have to do is pick up the phone and there is always someone at the end of it to speak to. Nothing is ever too much trouble for their customer services team.
